Health and Safety Code § 755.043","heading":"GENERAL CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person, firm, or corporation commits an offense if:\n(1) the person, firm, or corporation owns a boiler in this state, has the custody, management, use, or operation of a boiler in this state, or is otherwise subject to this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter; and\n(2) the person, firm, or corporation violates this chapter, a rule adopted under this chapter, or an order issued by the commission, the executive director, or a regularly employed inspector authorized to enforce this chapter and rules and orders.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
