Health and Safety Code § 756.012","heading":"LEAVING REFRIGERATOR OR CONTAINER ACCESSIBLE TO CHILDREN.","body":"(a) A person may not place a container described by Section 756.011 outside of a structure or in a warehouse, storage room, or unoccupied or abandoned structure so that the container is accessible to children.\n(b) A person may not permit a container described by Section 756.011 to remain in an area specified by Subsection (a) so that the container is accessible to children.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
