Health and Safety Code § 772.406","heading":"NUMBER AND LOCATION IDENTIFICATION.","body":"A business service user that provides residential facilities and owns or leases a publicly or privately owned telephone switch used to provide telephone service to facility residents shall provide to those residential end users the same level of 9-1-1 service relating to number and location identification that a service supplier provides to other residential end users in the county.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 936, Sec. 19, eff.
