Health and Safety Code § 772.453","heading":"CREATION OF CONSOLIDATED DISTRICT.","body":"(a) When the board of managers of each district has adopted the same consolidation plan, the combined boards of managers shall declare the consolidated district created.\n(b) If the board of managers of a district does not agree to a consolidation plan, the remaining districts may consolidate on the terms of a mutually agreeable consolidation plan.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1406, Sec. 3, eff.
