Health and Safety Code § 772.518","heading":"DISTRICT DEPOSITORY.","body":"(a) The board shall select a depository for the district in the manner provided by law for the selection of a county depository.\n(b) A depository selected by the board is the district's depository until the second anniversary of the date of selection and until a successor depository is selected and qualified.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 552 (S.B. 628), Sec. 1, eff.
