A public safety agency whose services are available through a 9-1-1 system:\n(1) may maintain a separate number for an emergency telephone call; and\n(2) shall maintain a separate number for a nonemergency telephone call.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 80 (S.B. 1108), Sec. 1, eff.
