Health and Safety Code § 773.056","heading":"APPROVAL OF TRAINING PROGRAMS; CERTIFICATION OF INSTRUCTORS, EXAMINERS, AND COORDINATORS.","body":"(a) The department shall approve each course or training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 773.050.\n(b) The department shall issue a certificate to each program instructor, examiner, or course coordinator who meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 773.050. The certificate is valid for two years. The department shall charge a fee of not more than $10 to replace a lost or stolen certificate.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
