Health and Safety Code § 773.071","heading":"FEES.","body":"(a) To the extent feasible, the executive commissioner by rule shall set the fees under this subchapter in amounts necessary for the department to recover the cost of administering this subchapter.\n(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to fees for which Section 773.059 prescribes the method for determining the amount of the fees.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 198, Sec. 2.84(j), eff.
