Health and Safety Code § 773.147","heading":"FEES.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner by rule may adopt fees for:\n(1) training programs provided by the department under Section 773.144; and\n(2) the approval of program instructors and of training programs offered by other persons.\n(b) The fees adopted under this section may not exceed the amount necessary for the department to recover the cost of administering this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1411, Sec. 19.10, eff.
