Health and Safety Code § 773.171","heading":"EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN PROGRAM.","body":"(a) The emergency medical services for children program is in the department.\n(b) The department shall provide coordination and support for a statewide pediatric emergency services system.\n(c) The department may solicit, receive, and spend funds it receives from the federal government and public or private sources to carry out the purposes of this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 513, Sec. 1, eff.
