Health and Safety Code § 775.0363","heading":"REGULATION OF FIREWORKS.","body":"The district may adopt a rule relating to fireworks that is the same as or less stringent than a rule adopted or enforced by the commissioner of insurance and the state fire marshal under Chapter 2154, Occupations Code, relating to retail fireworks stands, fireworks bulk manufacturing and storage facilities, fireworks sales buildings, or any other structure used in public pyrotechnic displays to which the rules adopted under Chapter 2154, Occupations Code, apply.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 639 (S.B. 917), Sec. 5, eff.
