Health and Safety Code § 775.110","heading":"INSPECTION.","body":"(a) The fire marshal may, at any time of day, enter and inspect:\n(1) property where a fire has occurred; and\n(2) property adjacent to where a fire occurred.\n(b) The fire marshal shall conduct this inspection in a manner least inconvenient to any persons living on the property.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 272, Sec. 5, eff.
