Health and Safety Code § 775.115","heading":"COOPERATION WITH OTHER FIRE MARSHALS.","body":"(a) The district fire marshal shall cooperate with the state fire marshal to conduct:\n(1) fire prevention activities;\n(2) fire-fighting activities; and\n(3) fire investigations.\n(b) The district fire marshal shall aid or conduct an investigation in a municipality or a county if requested by the municipality or the county.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 272, Sec. 5, eff.
