Health and Safety Code § 775.119","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY; FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ORDER.","body":"(a) An owner or occupant of real property who is subject to an order issued by the fire marshal commits an offense if the person fails to comply with the order.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.\n(c) Each failure to comply with an order is a separate offense.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 272, Sec. 5, eff.
