Health and Safety Code § 775.204","heading":"ADOPTION OF AGREEMENT AND APPROVAL OF EXCLUSION.","body":"After the hearing, if the board finds that the exclusion of the territory would be feasible and would benefit the district, the board shall by a resolution entered in its minutes:\n(1) adopt the agreement; and\n(2) approve the exclusion.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 828 (H.B. 492), Sec. 1, eff.
