Health and Safety Code § 775.303","heading":"DELEGATION OR WAIVER BY COMMISSIONERS COURT.","body":"(a) The commissioners court may adopt a resolution to:\n(1) delegate to the board of a district a duty assigned to the commissioners court under this subchapter that relates to that district; or\n(2) waive a requirement in this subchapter that the commissioners court approve an action of a district.\n(b) A resolution adopted under this section may apply to more than one board or district.\n(c) The commissioners court may by resolution terminate the delegation of a duty or the waiver of an approval requirement.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 21 (S.B. 332), Sec. 1, eff.
