The account is composed of money deposited to the account under Section 777.010(c). Money in the account may be appropriated only to the Commission on State Emergency Communications:\n(1) for administration of and payment for contracts entered into under Section 777.010(b); and\n(2) to fund grants awarded under Section 777.009.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 3, eff.
