Health and Safety Code § 796.017","heading":"REPORTS.","body":"Not later than January 1 of each odd-numbered year, the state fire marshal shall:\n(1) review the effectiveness of this chapter;\n(2) submit a report to the governor, the lieutenant governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the appropriate committees of the legislature on the state fire marshal's administration of this chapter; and\n(3) make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of this chapter, if appropriate.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 909 (H.B. 2935), Sec. 1, eff.
