The department must present data related to individuals as summary statistics consistent with the confidentiality provisions of Sections 81.046, 161.0073, and 161.008.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 864 (S.B. 969), Sec. 1, eff.
