Health and Safety Code § 81.0495","heading":"FAILURE TO REPORT; CIVIL PENALTY.","body":"(a) The department may impose a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 on a health care facility for each failure to submit a report required under this subchapter.\n(b) The attorney general may bring an action to recover a civil penalty imposed under Subsection (a).\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 864 (S.B. 969), Sec. 3, eff.
