Health and Safety Code § 81.068","heading":"REFUSING ENTRY OR INSPECTION; CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly refuses or attempts to refuse entry to the department, a health authority, or a peace officer on presentation of a valid search warrant to investigate, inspect, or take samples on premises controlled by the person or by an agent of the person acting on the person's instruction.\n(b) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly refuses or attempts to refuse inspection under Section 81.064 or entry or access under Section 81.065.\n(c) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
