Health and Safety Code § 81.181","heading":"ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DELIVERY.","body":"The head of the facility, after receiving a copy of the writ of commitment and after admitting the person, shall:\n(1) give the individual transporting the person a written statement acknowledging acceptance of the person and of any personal property belonging to the person; and\n(2) file a copy of the statement with the clerk of the committing court.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
