Health and Safety Code § 81.209","heading":"USE OF PHYSICAL RESTRAINT.","body":"(a) A physical restraint may not be applied to a person unless a physician prescribes the restraint.\n(b) A physical restraint shall be removed as soon as possible.\n(c) Each use of a physical restraint and the reason for the use shall be made a part of the patient's clinical record.
