Health and Safety Code § 841.0832","heading":"HOUSING FACILITIES.","body":"(a) The office shall operate, or contract with a vendor to operate, one or more facilities provided for the purpose of housing committed persons.\n(b) The office shall designate all or part of a facility under Subsection (a) to serve as an intake and orientation facility for committed persons on release from a secure correctional facility.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 845 (S.B. 746), Sec. 16, eff.
