Health and Safety Code § 85.004","heading":"EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS.","body":"(a) The department shall develop model educational materials to be available on the department's Internet website to educate the public about AIDS and HIV infection.\n(b) The educational materials must:\n(1) include information about methods of transmission and prevention of HIV infection, state laws relating to the transmission, and conduct that may result in the transmission of HIV; and\n(2) be scientifically accurate and factually correct and designed to:\n(A) communicate to the public knowledge about methods of transmission and prevention of HIV infection; and\n(B) educate the public about transmission risks in social, employment, and educational situations.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 36, eff.
