Health and Safety Code § 85.039","heading":"INFORMATION PROVIDED BY FUNDED PROGRAM.","body":"(a) A program funded with a grant under this subchapter shall provide information and educational materials that are accurate, comprehensive, and consistent with current findings of the United States Public Health Service.\n(b) Information and educational materials developed with a grant awarded under this subchapter must contain materials and be presented in a manner that is specifically directed to the group for which the materials are intended.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 36, eff.
