Health and Safety Code § 85.041","heading":"RECORDS AND REPORTS.","body":"(a) The department shall require each program receiving a grant under this subchapter to maintain records and information specified by the department.\n(b) The executive commissioner may adopt rules relating to the information a program is required to report to the department and shall adopt procedures and forms for reporting the information to prevent unnecessary and duplicative reporting of data.\n(c) The department shall review records, information, and reports prepared by programs funded under this subchapter. Before December 1 of each year, the department shall prepare a report that is available to the public and that summarizes data regarding the type, level, quality, and cost-effectiveness of services provided under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 36, eff.
