Health and Safety Code § 85.081","heading":"MODEL PROTOCOLS FOR COUNSELING AND TESTING.","body":"(a) The department shall develop, and the executive commissioner shall adopt, model protocols for counseling and testing related to HIV infection. The protocols shall be made available to health care providers on request.\n(b) A testing program shall adopt and comply with the model protocols developed by the department under Subsection (a).\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 36, eff.
