Health and Safety Code § 85.113","heading":"WORKPLACE GUIDELINES FOR STATE CONTRACTORS.","body":"An entity that contracts with or is funded by any of the following state agencies to operate a program involving direct client contact shall adopt and implement workplace guidelines similar to the guidelines adopted by the agency that funds or contracts with the entity:\n(1) the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services;\n(2) the Texas Juvenile Justice Department;\n(3) the Texas Department of Criminal Justice;\n(4) the department;\n(5) the Department of Aging and Disability Services; and\n(6) the commission.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 36, eff.
