Health and Safety Code § 85.273","heading":"DUTIES.","body":"(a) The committee shall advise the executive commissioner and the department in the development of procedures and guidelines for the program.\n(b) The committee shall:\n(1) review the program's goals and aims;\n(2) evaluate the program's ongoing efforts;\n(3) recommend both short-range and long-range goals and objectives for medication needs; and\n(4) perform any other tasks assigned by the executive commissioner.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 520 (H.B. 2229), Sec. 1, eff.
