Health and Safety Code § 85.277","heading":"ATTENDANCE.","body":"(a) A member shall attend:\n(1) a scheduled committee meeting; and\n(2) a meeting of a subcommittee to which the member is assigned.\n(b) A member shall notify the presiding officer or the appropriate department staff if the member is unable to attend a scheduled meeting.\n(c) The committee shall include the attendance records of each member in the committee's annual report to the commissioner. The report must include a member's attendance at both committee and subcommittee meetings.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 520 (H.B. 2229), Sec. 1, eff.
