Human Resources Code § 101A.104","heading":"PUBLIC INFORMATION ON COST OF LONG-TERM CARE.","body":"The department shall develop programs to provide information to the public relating to:\n(1) the cost of long-term care;\n(2) the limits on Medicaid eligibility;\n(3) the adequacy or inadequacy of other financing options, including Medicare; and\n(4) possible methods of financing long-term care, including group insurance policies and other methods designed to assist individuals.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1 (S.B. 219), Sec. 4.361, eff.
