Human Resources Code § 101A.151","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Case management\" means the process of assessing service needs, developing a plan of care, and arranging for and monitoring delivery of care to an elderly person under this subchapter.\n(2) \"Case management unit\" is an entity that coordinates and administers case management.\n(3) \"Elderly person\" means a person who is 60 years of age or older.\n(4) \"Service area\" means a geographical area of the state designated for purposes of planning, development, and overall administration of services provided under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1 (S.B. 219), Sec. 4.361, eff.
