Human Resources Code § 112.015","heading":"EXPENSES.","body":"(a) Council members appointed under Section 112.012 serve without salary but are entitled to reimbursement for actual expenses incurred in performing their duties, including travel, meals, lodging, and telephone long-distance charges.\n(b) Members of the council who have a disability and who, because of the disability, require special aids or travel companions are entitled to reimbursement for those costs.\nAdded by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 5272, ch. 970, Sec. 1, eff.
