Human Resources Code § 137.201","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter, \"veteran\" means a person who has served in:\n(1) the army, navy, air force, coast guard, or marine corps of the United States;\n(2) the state military forces as defined by Section 431.001, Government Code; or\n(3) an auxiliary service of one of those branches of the armed forces.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 324 (H.B. 19), Sec. 1, eff.
