Human Resources Code § 152.0013","heading":"IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY.","body":"(a) A member of a juvenile board is not liable for damages arising from an act or omission committed while performing duties as a board member.\n(b) This section does not apply if the act or omission is:\n(1) reckless or intentional;\n(2) done wilfully, wantonly, or with gross negligence; or\n(3) done with conscious indifference or reckless disregard for the safety of others.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1297, Sec. 67, eff.
