Human Resources Code § 152.1151","heading":"HILL COUNTY.","body":"(a) The juvenile board of Hill County is composed of the county judge, the statutory county court judges, and the district judges in Hill County.\n(b) The juvenile court judge is the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer.\n(c) The commissioners court shall pay the juvenile board members additional annual compensation set by the commissioners court at not more than $2,400 as compensation for the added duties imposed on the members. The compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other available fund of the county.\n(d) Sections 152.0002, 152.0003, 152.0004, 152.0005, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008(a) do not apply to the juvenile board of Hill County.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 352, Sec. 1, eff.
