Human Resources Code § 152.1293","heading":"COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENT OF SUPPORT PAYMENTS IN JEFFERSON COUNTY.","body":"(a) The juvenile board of Jefferson County may require a juvenile probation officer to collect and disburse child support payments that are required by court order to be made to a court in the county.\n(b) The juvenile probation officer shall keep a record of money received and disbursed in a well-bound book in the probation office. The payment book is open to public inspection. The county auditor shall audit the records.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 352, Sec. 1, eff.
