Human Resources Code § 152.1583","heading":"COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENT OF SUPPORT PAYMENTS IN LUBBOCK COUNTY.","body":"(a) The juvenile board of Lubbock County may require a juvenile probation officer to collect and disburse child support payments that are required by court order to be made to a court in the county.\n(b) The juvenile probation officer shall keep a record of money received and disbursed in a well-bound book subject to public inspection in the probation office.
