Human Resources Code § 161.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Commission\" means the Health and Human Services Commission.\n(2) \"Commissioner\" means the commissioner of aging and disability services.\n(3) \"Council\" means the Aging and Disability Services Council.\n(4) \"Department\" means the Department of Aging and Disability Services.\n(5) \"Executive commissioner\" means the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 198, Sec. 1.13A, eff.
