Human Resources Code § 161.092","heading":"APPLICABILITY.","body":"This subchapter applies only to administration of medication provided to certain persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are served:\n(1) in a small facility with not less than one and not more than eight beds that is licensed or certified under Chapter 252, Health and Safety Code;\n(2) in a medium facility with not less than 9 and not more than 13 beds that is licensed or certified under Chapter 252, Health and Safety Code; or\n(3) by one of the following Section 1915(c) waiver programs administered by the department to serve persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities:\n(A) the Home and Community-Based Services waiver program; or\n(B) the Texas Home Living waiver program.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 677 (S.B. 1857), Sec. 1, eff.
