Human Resources Code § 22.0015","heading":"EVALUATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF PROGRAMS.","body":"The commission and the department shall conduct research, analysis, and reporting of the programs administered by each agency under this title to evaluate and improve the programs. The commission and the department may contract with one or more independent entities to assist the commission or the department, as applicable, with the research, analysis, and reporting required by this section.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 323, Sec. 1, eff.
