Human Resources Code § 22.007","heading":"PUBLIC INFORMATION CONTRACT REQUIREMENT.","body":"(a) Each contract between the commission or the department and a provider of services under this title must contain a provision that authorizes the commission or the department to display at the service provider's place of business public awareness information on services provided by the commission or the department.\n(b) Notwithstanding Subsection (a), the commission or department may not require a physician to display in the physician's private offices public awareness information on services provided by the commission or department.\nAdded by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 1052, Sec. 1.11(a), eff.
