Human Resources Code § 22.025","heading":"ERROR-RATE REDUCTION.","body":"(a) The commission shall:\n(1) set progressive goals for improving the commission's error rates in the financial assistance program under Chapter 31 and supplemental nutrition assistance program; and\n(2) develop a specific schedule to meet those goals.\n(c) As appropriate, the commission shall include in its employee evaluation process a rating system that emphasizes error-rate reduction and workload.\n(d) The commission shall take appropriate action if a region has a higher than average error rate and that rate is not reduced in a reasonable period.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 655, Sec. 8.08(a), eff.
