Human Resources Code § 22.0251","heading":"TIMELY DETERMINATION OF OVERPAYMENTS.","body":"(a) Subject to the approval of the executive commissioner, the commission shall:\n(1) determine and record the time taken by the commission to establish an overpayment claim in the supplemental nutrition assistance program or the program of financial assistance under Chapter 31;\n(2) set progressive goals for reducing the time described by Subdivision (1); and\n(3) adopt a schedule to meet the goals set under Subdivision (2).\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 837 , Sec. 2.08(b)(4), eff.
