Human Resources Code § 22.0253","heading":"PARTICIPATION IN FEDERAL TAX REFUND OFFSET PROGRAM.","body":"The commission shall participate in the Federal Tax Refund Offset Program (FTROP) to attempt to recover benefits granted by the commission in error under the supplemental nutrition assistance program.
