Human Resources Code § 22.0255","heading":"ELECTRONIC BENEFITS TRANSFER CARD; RETURNED-MAIL REDUCTION.","body":"(a) The commission shall develop and implement policies and procedures designed to improve the commission's electronic benefits transfer cards used for federal and state entitlement programs administered by the commission.\n(b) The commission shall set an annual goal of reducing the amount of returned mail it receives under the programs described by Subsection (a) so that the percentage rate of returned mail is within one percent of the percentage rate of returned mail reported annually for the credit card and debit card industries.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 322, Sec. 1, eff.
