Section 18041(c).\n(b) The commission may accept eligibility assessments from an exchange, but the commission must determine the eligibility of an individual for Medicaid.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 879 (S.B. 1341), Sec. 3, eff.
