Human Resources Code § 32.067","heading":"DELIVERY OF COMPREHENSIVE CARE SERVICES TO CERTAIN RECIPIENTS OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.","body":"(a) In this section, \"certified agency\" and \"home health service\" have the meanings assigned by Section 142.001, Health and Safety Code.\n(b) The commission shall assure that any agency licensed to provide home health services under Chapter 142, Health and Safety Code, and not only a certified agency licensed under that chapter, may provide home health services to individuals enrolled in the Texas Health Steps Comprehensive Care Program.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 198, Sec. 2.204, eff.
