Human Resources Code § 33.0005","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Commissioner\" means the commissioner of agriculture.\n(1-a) \"Department\" means the Department of Agriculture.\n(2) \"Executive commissioner\" means the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.\n(3) \"Supplemental nutrition assistance program\" and \"SNAP\" mean the program operated pursuant to 7 U.S.C.
